Hey there @danieleclaude - sorry to hear about this.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the exact error you get to have a better understanding of the matter at hand?

Also, have you tried re-installing our desktop app (preferably using the offline installer of our latest stable version) to resolve this? 

Note that issues like this could be caused by antivirus programs, firewalls or even VPN/proxy settings so I'd also check those. 

In any case, please keep me posted on your progress and we'll take it from there if needed.
