Unable to view comments

Hi. I have just started using Dropbox. I have been given permission to view comments by another user but am unable to view them on my laptop. Is there something else that I need to download? When I look at it on another PC I can view them. Thanks.

Hey @vc67, that’s odd, let’s see what’s happening together starting off from the basics & moving on to specifics if needed. 
 
If someone has shared a file with you, you should be able to view the Dropbox comments they’ve posted on the right side of your preview pane. If you can’t see them there, would you mind posting me a screenshot of your current view in your next post here; it would be very helpful in planning our course of action moving forward. 
 
Now, it makes me wonder if you're missing comments on a specific file instead of Dropbox comments, as the latter should only visible through the Dropbox website, or the Dropbox iOS mobile app & you've posted us your inquiry under the desktop app board. 
 
Once I have these details, I’ll try to address your initial inquiry in a bit more depth. Thanks in advance!
