Unsuccessful Upgrade To Plus

Level 2


I purchased Dropbox Plus back on 30 Oct 2018.  Yesterday I was sent a request to share folders and received a message that my Dropbox was full.  Now that I've checked it looks like its the free version (2GB) that's full.  It looks to me as though Dropbox Plus hasn't installed.  Can you help please?

In general, your account’s quota is calculated based on your total contents, which includes shared folders. Since every member of a shared folder can add/modify its content, it takes up space in each member's account. This policy exists to prevent people from giving themselves unlimited space by stacking Basic accounts and shared folders.
You can access the folder in question without impacting your storage by receiving a shared link to it, or you can also increase your space by earning storage or upgrade to a paid subscription
If you’re not sure how much space you have available or which plan you’re currently on, you can check by navigating to your Plan tab
If you’re having trouble upgrading your account, could you please let me know at which point during the process you experience any difficulties and if you’re getting any errors (in which case, a screenshot without any personal information included would be very helpful).
