Hi. I'v having issues with logging into an existing dropbox account on a windows 7 pc.
If i roll back to version 15.4.22 I can see the login and I am able to enter my userid and password but then it tells me the version of software is too old and i need to download the lastest version.
I've tried the lastest version - 24.4.17 and all I get is a blank screen. I've tried a few different versions, 18,19 and 20 versions and get the same blank screen.
Anybody have this issue? Any solution for this?

Yes. Using Windows firewall, Dropbox has full access. Using MSE, have turned that off. Still get same result - a blank screen.
Should have said. I click on "Click here to sign in and get started". A box "Set Up Dropbox" appears but it stays blank.
Same here. Windows 7, installation seems to go OK, then the "Set Up Dropbox" screen pop, a few seconds later blank screen and "Not Responding".
Firewall allowing "Dropbox" and "DropboxUpdate": check
Antivirus disabled: check

Yes, have done as suggested. Log call, post ticket number. Someone then marks it as solved and points me to help screen that contains the stuff I've tried.
I downloaded 15.4.22 and installed it. I get the "Set up dropbox" screen and can enter my username and password. I can't get any further as it is an out of date version. I do as suggested and download and install 20.4.19 and I get a blank "Set up dropbox" screen. No settings, firewall or antivirus, have changed between trying the 2 versions. Sort of suggests it isn't my laptop that's the problem.
