BackWPup app is disabled and can't get new auth key

Hi.

The BackWPup app is is showing as disabled when I try to get a new authorization key.

When I try to get a new auth key it goes to dropbox, but I get a "app is disabled" error message.

Inside dropbox settings I can't find that app listed anywhere in order to remove it.

Any thoughts?

That message means the entire app, not your connection to Dropbox from it, has been disabled. You'll need to contact the developer of BackWPup and make them aware of the issue. They may need to contact Dropbox Support to get their app re-enabled.
