Can't connect to Dropbox at all

i have been trying to get into my dropbox account now via the web for the last 3 days and I just get a partial dropbox file screen. it keeps taking me to a address but nothing happens. on another computer i have got a basic text webpage but the sign in button does not work. is this a golbal problem wth dropbox at present?

Please check your firewall settings, perhaps it's blocking the dropbox domain.
