Cannot install desktop app after switching out of S-Mode

Hi all,

I recently got a samsung galaxy tablet with Windows for ARM on it. It installed in S-mode, and I promptly went onto the MS store to take it out. 2.PNG

Anyway, the issue I'm getting is that the installer claims that Dropbox Desktop is incompatible because I am in S-mode, so I need to download the app.

This isn't doable for me, I require having a synced folder rather than an on-demand app.1.PNG

I thought that maybe it's because this is Windows for ARM and the x86 emulation simply isn't supported, but I tried a version of dropbox before the S-mode app came out and that worked. The only issue with that of course is the 'Please update your dropbox app to use it'

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey there @Catto - sorry to hear about this. 

As this Help Center article (https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/s-mode) mentions, if your device is running Windows 10 in S mode and you’d like it to actively store your files and folders on your device, you can use Windows 10 instead by switching off S mode on your device and then downloading the Dropbox app for Windows 10.

Hi sorry, it really just feels like the question wasn't read.

As I said, I have taken it out of S-mode, which you can see in the first screenshot (Listed as home, not Home S) and I've managed to successfully install other downloaded software without issue such as Discord and Teamviewer.
