Continuously Syncing on Mac

My Dopbox icon on Mac (Mojahve) shows that it is syncying even though all the files have been synced.

As a first step, could you confirm for me if you're seeing a green checkmark icon White check mark next to all your content in your Dropbox folder?

I'm having a similar issue, which may have started after I'd upgraded to MacOS 15 Catalina two days ago. Syncing is taking a very, very long time. In my case, I see that those files or folders have the blue circle with the white arrows.

The version of Dropbox that I have is v82.3.155.

I'm having this exact same problem. Upgraded to Catalina and now the syncing is ocurring even though most of the checkmarks show as green. In addition, I keep getting messages that certain .bin files can't be downloaded.

Could you please add me to the ticket? This syncing is sucking up processor cycles and slowing my system down.

I'd be more than happy to help look into this. 

As a first step though, since you mention that your computer seems to experience a slow-down, could you please have a look at this Help Center article

Maybe of the steps outlined may help you resolve this behavior.
