DP wont sync on Old laptop

So i logged back into my old computer

i have a perosnal and a biz DP

I log into my DP on my old laptop & i clean up my files but they dont sync with my other DP installations, iphone & new cpu

also i see the folders syncin so whatever i deleted reappears again!!!

so i have 2 versions now, its driving me mad, what can i do?

Hey there @letsgooo  - sorry to hear about this.

Can you forward me a screenshot of how this looks like on your end so I can have a better understanding of the matter at hand? 

While you're at it, could you also let me know the exact status of the desktop app as shown on the affected computer?

You can always look at the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and see if it is done syncing. When Dropbox is fully synced then you should see a tick followed by the words “Up to date” on the menu.

If you do not see this then can you please let me know what the exact message being displayed there when you hover you mouse over it reads?

yes all up to date

what happens is when i delete everything on this affected computer, dome reason it restores the files 

so its like its not reading what i do on this computer

why could that be?

If all of the devices are showing 'Up to date' this shouldn't be happening @letsgooo

Can you let me know if you see any of the changes you apply on your Events page
