Dropbox Desktop app not syncing

I installed dropbox on noth of my work computers since I work at two different locations and need to access these files at both locations. it stopped working at one location and I uninstalled the app and  reinstalled. But now whenever I try to run it it doesn't pull anything up? Did I do something wrong?

Hey there @peytoneitel - sorry to hear about this.

Could you first let me know what's the exact status of the app on BOTH of the computers in question? To do this, take a look at the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and see if it is done syncing. When Dropbox is fully synced then you should see a tick followed by the words “Up to date” on the menu.

If you do not see this then can you please let me know what the exact message being displayed there reads?
