Dropbox app iphone X, says its full

My Dropbox app on my iphone X says suddenly that my iphone is full, its not true i have a lot off space on my phone, i have a 64 gb phone and there is 47 gb free and i have icloud space 200 gb.

 

Whats wrong?

Thanks for posting about this @elmsupport

Is your Dropbox account full maybe? thinking face You can see how much space you are using under your Account tab in the Dropbox mobile app.

No its not, i have used 8% off my 9.9 gb

I see your Dropbox account has enough space. If you double checked your device space has indeed 47 GB, let's try to reinstall the Dropbox mobile app and let me know if the issue persists.
