Dropbox can't start error

I suddenly am getting this issue where Dropbox can't start. I've tried the fixes in here (https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/access-windows-registry) and reinstalling, but no luck. I've ran everything as an administrator as well. Please see the txt error info below. Appreciate the help!

Hello @edmondhxu. Thanks for joining the Community. 

I appreciate the full error log and knowing the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. 

An advanced reinstall should fix this specific permissions error. 

[EDIT: I also see you have a Beta desktop version there. Please deselect "Early releases" here, and download a stable version after you uninstall. ]
