Dropbox/iOS gets back to root folder

New member | Level 2

Hello

Since a few weeks, everytime I leave the Dropbox App on iOS (for example if the phone rings), it goes back to the root folder and I need to find the folder I'm working on again and again.
Is there a way to avoid this ?

Thanks in advance

Hello @sburgert, I'd be more than happy to help look into this!

Could you try the following:

  1. Uninstalling the mobile app.
  2. Rebooting your device.
  3. Reinstalling the mobile app.

Let me know how it goes!
