I use dropbox on 3 devices with opensuse 15.1. Apparently no problem with older dropbox version (84.4.170). I just reinstalled opensuse on my third device and dropbox from the official community opensuseitalia do not wiork properly.
First, installation get stuck, apparently because libatomic.so.1 is missing. No way to provide such package to my knowledge. When I install libatomic1 from the opensuse repo, dropbox installation completes but network traffic over LAN is almost null (few kbps).
Thank you for your suggestions
Hello @LucaMarmo,
Thanks for describing the situation.
My understanding is that the problem here is mainly the network traffic and how this is affecting the other app from installing. Please correct me if I am wrong so we can be on the same page with this.
If so, you can limit the bandwidth Dropbox uses. Find the steps here.
Hope this helps!

Hello Fiona, thank you for your quick reply.
The problem is the other way around. Network traffic is ok for all the other applications (a few MBps). Dropbox uploads and downloads at a much slower rate (few kbps). I already visited the applet preferences/bandwidth and selected don't limit both for upload and download.
thank you
Oh! Apologies for misunderstanding your concern. Hmm.. Please update to 85.4.155 and let me know how it goes.
