Dropbox opens, you get white screen then after login it turns black. Same when you open the app

Explorer | Level 4

Any ideas why I get this since the upgrade to version 85.4.155

Same when the app is opened.

I'm using Windows 10.

Hey @Bernimk, thanks for highlighting! 
 
I’m wondering if that’s a one-off. Have you tried rebooting once to see if this gets this sorted?
 
If you're having connection issues or elements of the Dropbox application that are failing to load, this usually means there is an antivirus, firewall, security program, proxy or VPN blocking the Dropbox desktop client. 
 
Please let me know if any of these help you spot the culprit & we’ll go from there. Thanks again!

Hi Jane,

I'v rebooted, turned off AV and firewall and it still happens. I've tried reinstalling and no luck. I do not use a VPN.

Proxy - I know nothing about this, so please advise what I could try with this?
