Dropbox quits unexpectedly.
Your files are safe. Restart Dropbox to resume syncing and other features. Learn more in the Dropbox Help Center.

I'm using Windows 7.

I haven't been able to synchronize with the connection since last week.

What should I do to solve this problem?

Re: Dropbox quits unexpectedly

Hi @heeyeol, thanks for reaching out to us about this.

Initially, please note that I've removed personal info included in your post for security and privacy purposes.

Moving on to your main concern though, could you check if syncing is blocked by a third party app like a security app?

You can also try temporarily disabling your antivirus and configuring your firewall to work with Dropbox to see if that does the trick.

Let me know how it goes!
