I tried to reinstall dropbox to solve the problem, but the problem is not solved. (Korean message in figure means that syncing 2650 files, and it need 2 days more. But they are already synced)스크린샷 2020-02-08 오후 1.04.39.png

Hi there @gaeaearth, I hope you're having a good start to the week!

As a first step, let's try fixing any incorrect file permissions within your Dropbox folder that could be causing this constant "Syncing" message. You can do this by:

  1. Click the Dropbox icon in your menu bar.
  2. Click the profile pic/initials icon in the top right of the window.
  3. Choose "Preferences..."
  4. Go to the "Account" tab.
  5. While holding the Option/Alt key, click "Fix Permissions".

If this doesn't seem to make any change, please follow the steps again and instead click "Fix Hardlinks". You'll receive a small pop up notification when these have completed.

Let me know how it goes and we'll take it from there!

"fix permission" is already tried, but it does not solve the problem. However "fix hardlinks" solve my problem! Thank you so much!

ps. I think that this kind of problem quite frequently happens. If it is possible, please add this tip at help center in several languages.

I'm glad to hear that did the trick @gaeaearth!

Also, thanks for sharing your feedback on this too, I've made a note of your comments as I'm sure these steps would be helpful for others with the same issue too.
