False "Can't Sync (not enough free disk space)" message

The HD where the dropbox folder is sync'd has 1.63TB free. The Dropbox storage account has 3.3GB used of 30GB. When I click "View Sync Issues" the window is completely blank. It has had no issues syncing anything between any device, but the error message persists and is a general annoyance across all my devices.

I’d be more than happy to help, I’ll just need a bit more info on this, such as:

  • Is the pop up message coming up on your desktop app or the website, or both by any chance?
  • Could you also send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error?
