Trinity, if you do a rollback, is there a way to preserve new content that you have added to since the incident?

For example, I lost my files on 12/8/2015, but didn't realize the problem until 12/14.  Within that 6 day time period, I created, modified and deleted more content than I can remember.  Will I lose all that work with a rollback or is there a way to preserve files with a time stamp newer than the rollback date?
