How do I manually close the Dropbox app?

Explorer | Level 4

Recently I've found that the Dropbox app is using too many system resources on my PC. I modified the startup menu to prevent the app from launching after a reboot.

Now I manually open the app several times during the day to allow syncing. How do I manually close the app without rebooting my computer?

Hi @clegge, When the Dropbox app is running in your computer, you will see a Dropbox icon in the Windows taskbar tray area (next to the date and time) or MacOS menubar. Click on the Dropbox icon > then click the cogwheel/gear icon > there you will find the Quit Dropbox option.
