I can’t export files

I’ve check my internet connection already, and i’ve tried multiple times to log out & log in, but it didn’t change a thing

I don’t understand what’s the problem ? Is it the new update ? 

Btw i’m on ipad, last update, and i use a regular account

Sorry to hear that @hanalina - let's take a look into this now. 

If you've ensured that there's no pending updates for our app on your iPad AND the iPad's OS as well, I'd suggest that you tried clearing your cache to try to resolve this. 

To clear your cache (on iOS), please follow the steps listed below:
- Navigate to the “Personal” tab
- Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
- Select “Clear Cache”.

Once this is done then please ensure you log out of the Dropbox application again, then restart your device and log back in again.

If your issue persists, try another network if possible. 

In any case, keep me posted on your findings.

Hello, thanks for answering 

I’ve tried it and at first it didn’t change anything but then it worked.

I don’t really know what happened, but i’m glad is now working
