I cancelled my account but I was still charged?

Hello

You have made a card purchase with me, at 1051: - April 3.
I have previously canceled my account with you. when i go through settings / plan cancel my account ??

As billing inquiries are best handled through our Official Channels, I'd suggest that you logged a ticket with our team so we can assist further with all of our tools available. 

In the meantime, I'd urge you to use our self served lookup tool from the following page in order to find the email address that is associated with the charge you mentioned.

If you still have questions, please go ahead and submit a ticket (through https://www.dropbox.com/support) providing the following information and I'm sure they'll do their best to help you!

More information
  1. Card type
  2. First six digits of the card
  3. Last four digits of the card
  4. Full name on the credit card charged
  5. Date of charge
  6. Amount charged
  7. Billing postal code
  8. The 12 character alphanumeric transaction ID as shown on your bank account's statement.
