I cannot see dropbox on the web

So the app on Windows seems to be working, I can still see the files, but when I try to go to the website no files show. It says upgrade account, but it does not upgrade.  Then I tried to contact support, but that is also blank on the webpage.... Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix this?

Hey there @lgarcia  - sorry to hear about this.

At first, could you clear your browser's cache and try again? If that doesn't work for you, please try an incognito window (with no browser plugins or extensions running) or another browser.
