I have an issue with installing the desktop app. Can you help?

Having trouble with Dropbox app installation on new Windows 10 Pro laptop (2-in-1).  The app dowloads fine (version 64.4.141) and appears to fully install be stops at the "Set-up Dropbox" screen where I assume it could then normally be connected to an existing Dropbox account.  The "Set-up Dropbox" screen is blank and does not progress.  The app (and Dropbox icon) appear under "recently added" and the icon is dispalyed in the system tray.

Sorry to hear about this @Satei - have you tried re-installing at all?

Note that when you're having connection problems or visual elements of the Dropbox application that are failing to load, this usually means there is an antivirus, firewall, security program, proxy or VPN blocking the Dropbox desktop client.

To resolve this issue, please try temporarily disabling or uninstalling your antivirus or security program(s), and then restart your computer. After that point, you might want to re-install our software (preferably using our Windows' offline installer directly).
