I'm not happy with the latest updates & I'd like to complain about it.

I need to vent. I've been using Dropbox for nine years and it has worked fine. We now have this awful desktop app that doesn't allow us to delete files, constant advertisements for Dropbox business, sync failures on Macs, inaccessible website interface, and all-around bloat. I pay for this service when I could just transfer everything over to Google. Please streamline your offering and stop adding useless features.

Hey @RyanPA, thanks for taking the time to let us know of your feelings; I understand that this is important to you & I’d like to see if there’s anything to improve your current circumstances!
Following-up from your description, it looks like you’re using the new desktop app & you’re facing a syncing issue on a Mac, as well as an issue accessing your files on your account online. Am I on the right path? 
If so, could you elaborate a bit on that for me please? Would you like us to focus on the syncing issue or is it something else that’s primarily bothering you? If so, could you include a bit more detail regarding the source of your concern in your next message?
