My desktop app is showing "Connecting" and "No internet connection", what can I do?

After installation, it starts up Dropbox. The inscription "Connection ..". Then the message "No Internet connection" appears. But the connection is really there. other programs are connected to the internet. How to run dropbox?

Hey there @Alexan6207,
Usually, connection issues like what you mentioned can occur due to an antivirus, firewall or proxy/VPN setting. Can you check that the desktop app is whitelisted or removed from the blacklist in any of the above software?
