Problem accessing Dropbox on my SAMSUNG tablet

Explorer | Level 3

I have downloaded Dropbox on my Samsun Tablet.

However when I key the password to open I get an error message saying unidentified error. How do I solve this?

As a first step, could you please ensure that:

If you are running the latest version of the app on a supported device OS, could you please send me a screenshot of the error message (without any personal info)?

Thanks for getting back to me, @Ochiengapiyo.

To run the mobile app on your Android device, please note that you need to have an Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS or later.

If you're not sure which OS you're currently using and you want to update it, you can check out this link.
