System Tray Sync Icon Always Shows Syncing

After browsing through a LOT of similar issues I'm unable to resolve this issue on my corporate machine. I've been using it on this machine for 2.5 years and never ran into this issue until a few weeks ago. I've tried the following:

- Pausing and unpausing syncing

- Exiting and restarting the Desktop app

- Re-installing the desktop app

- Uninstalling and then re-installing desktop app

- Using 2 different versions (82.4.155 and 83.4.152)

- Unlinking the PC and reconnecting

- Unlinking the PC and deleting local files, reconnecting and letting it download the files again.

- Explorer icons show all files and folders are up to date.

- Disconnecting corporate VPN. Issue exists whether I'm on the VPN or not

- Show Sync Issues window is blank

I don't appear to have any issues uploading and downloading. The app just thinks it's continuously in a "Syncing" state according to the System Tray icon. When you hover over the icon it just says "Syncing" with no file details.

At first, awesome work on the troubleshooting!

From this point on then, we'd have to take this to email due to account-specific info that'll be needed, so I've followed up with a ticket.
