Ubuntu Server new install

Level 7

I have Re-Installed Linux on my Server... this time I have Install Ubuntu Server 18.04 so that Dropbox will work (previously it was CentOS. Dropbox does not work with CentOS now)  Any way, I just ran the comand from the console to install and it said it did connect but then it was awaiting response... 403 Forbidden (time) ERROR 403: Forbidden.  Why am I getting this error?
