Unable to sync for 7 days

Explorer | Level 4

After 10/31, the entry cannot be synchronized, and repeated inquiry Dropbox needs to change permissions for the folder,

Before this worked everything was  good, and macos catalina already installed a long time ,,

I tried it.

1. Replace the version of dropbox

2. Grant permissions to the folder again

3. Remove and reinstall

4. Various solutions on the discussion board Still can't make any sync

5.Fix  permissions and Fix hardlinks

Continuous display on status Syncing ooo files and indexing ooo files, but the ooo never chage

I'm sorry to hear you are not syncing @6tommy. Thanks for creating a thread for this issue. 

Are you on a Beta version of Dropbox? Beta's are early releases that are still under testing and might result to unexpected behaviors. 

Can you please get me a screenshot of your Dropbox version showing under the "General" tab of your Dropbox desktop preferences and one from the "000" you see in your syncing status? 

Once I have this info, I can assist you further. nerd face Thanks!

I don't see the screenshots @6tommy. slightly frowning face Can you please try adding them to the thread again? Click the "Photos" button in the editing bar of your text.

I see you are on a Beta, as I suspected. Please go to your settings online and turn off

"Early releases". Then update to our latest stable version. Here

This should fix things. Let me know how this works for you.

After an hour, it should still be the status does not change, not synchronized
