Dropboxer

Sorry to hear you are getting this error @rscheidl

Welcome to the Dropbox Community.

As you can see in the last line of the error log you provided me with, Dropbox is reporting an Operational disk I/O error. In simple words, when this happens, the Dropbox desktop app can't read from your hard drive. Usually this has to do with an underlying hardware issue. slightly frowning face

Please have your hard drive backed up and checked by a professional. No worries about the Dropbox files you have saved on the cloud. They cannot be affected by a hard drive failure. White check mark

tools You can learn how to check your hard drive for errors here

If you have any questions or need more help we are here for you.

Good luck! I hope this get's resolved soon.
