Our team uses ms planner. Can we have a separate drop box address for each plan so when we send an email relative to the plan those emails show up in the respective plans? Thanks so much.

Hey @Huskerrobot, thanks for posting your question today and happy Monday!

Can you please describe how you're currently using MS planner with Dropbox and how you'd like to use it going forward, so I can give you the appropriate info?

Thanks in advance!

Wow - thanks for that quick response. We are MS / Outlook-centric and looking for a new project management app like Trello, Asana, Monday etc etc. Planner is native to MS (and included) and so I have been working with it. Currently, we HighriseHQ for our CRM and it has cases and deals which are project management (sort of ).  We don't really use those so project management is left to each user. We have dipped into Teams but are still not there yet. What Highrise does do natively is allow email to be added to any deal or case by adding a forward or bcc to an email to the Dropbox account that is specific to the project. Each project has an individual Dropbox account.  For example, if I open up a Fun New Case in Highrise, see below, it shows the unique Dropbox account url.  I want to know if I can do that in an individual MS Project or somehow in Teams. Thanks so much. Rob

HI @Huskerrobot, just to clarify, the Dropbox accounts already exist, so you're asking if this can be done in Teams or Project?

We we can create individual dropboxes maybe but Highrise auto-generates one each time a deal/project is created. That is what I really want ... when a project is created in Planner, a dropbox specific to that project opens.

Currently, there is no integration with Planner, however, it might be possible to create an app to do as you ask using the Dropbox API.
