Dropbox Invoice - Login Loop

Dropbox Invoice - Login Loop

Hello!

I'm currently trying to login to Dropbox Invoice, and every time I'm taken to the "Try Dropbox Invoice" page, despite being properly logged in already, when hitting the button, I'm sent to a blank authorization page, then forwarded back to the "Try Dropbox Invoice" page every time.

I have cleared cache, logged out, removed all website data, logged back in, and still no luck.

I took a screen capture of what's happening. Can be viewed here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iwphtzk948l4vpw/Screen%20Recording%202023-05-11%20at%2012.05.14%20PM.mov?d...

Thank you!

Welcome back to the forum, @Adam B.28

Out of curiosity, are you experiencing the same behavior on multiple browsers or just your current one?

If you haven’t tried this, please also open an incognito window on your current browser and test this out.

Let me know how this goes.

@Nancy Thanks for the response. Seems obvious enough now, but didn't try that prior.

For whatever reason I'm able to login to Dropbox Invoice properly using Chrome. In the mean time this solution works until whatever is going on in Safari works itself out.

Glad to hear that seems to work, Adam!

What I can perhaps suggest is to clear the cache of your Safari browser, and check for any pending updates.

You may also want to restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
