Dropbox Passwords not Auto-filing on IOS

Dropbox Passwords not Auto-filing on IOS

This previously worked on my iPhone 14 pro and on my new iPad however it no longer seems to and wondering what changed or what’s needed by myself to do. It also no longer asks to save passwords.

Permissions on passwords is set up to allow Dropbox Passwords. App is installed on both devices.

I no longer auto fills on apps I’m opening or even on websites. I always have to go to the security app, lookup the password and go back to where I was a complete the login.

Not that it should matter but even if I open the security app and leave it open in the background the outcome is the same.

Hi @, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you confirm what version of iOS and the Dropbox Passwords app you're running on your devices?

This will help me to assist further!

IOS 16.3.1

As for the app version, there's nothing in the app to indicate that. App store shows it's up to date and version 216.25.
