Dropbox Sign - not receiving notification

When I send out a document to be signed via Dropbox Sign, I get notified via email when the signer has "viewed" the document, but I do NOT receive anything once the document has signed. A file does get created in the dropbox file path that i choose ( filename.pdf(in-progress) ), however, it does NOT change to the filename.pdf(signed) like it used to before HelloSign turned into Dropbox sign. Very annoying. Hoping to find a fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your prompt reply!

 

I use Fastmail and receive email notifications from Dropbox Sign sent with another Dropbox account.

Both emails are managed on the same Fastmail account, and, therefore, should be arriving without a problem.

Did they really suggest we clear our browser caches like this is Aol 3.0 and it's 1994? Can an Executive from DropBox make an announcement? There isn't a single customer who joined hellosign for a paid subscription who hasnt had insane disruption to their business, and not a single update from those who continue taking our monthly subscriptions as if they were providing a functional service

Got a reply from support, they say that they are « investigating Â». It’s blurry and it’s not answering the ask.

Email notifications delivery and monitoring of those is just crucial for an e-signature service.

I really want to work for Dropbox. How awesome would that be. They seem super chill. Zero accountability, zero consistency, no expectations, no interest in deliverables, and anything tech related that fails is 100% excusable and never anyone's fault.

Maybe it’s time to think of more reliable alternatives. Looking at this right now.

I'm going to explore DocuSign. There's no way that they can fix this dumpster fire in the next two years.
