I purchased Dropbox Back up – it will not copy my document folder! it come up with a message about and error with Creative cloud.  Not a good start.

Hi @onward, when you click on the Help Center link, where does it redirect you?

 

Is it this Help Center article? If so, have you tried deleting the library from your device as shown here?

As a first, can you provide a screenshot of the error message that you keep receiving, when trying to back up your Documents folder?

Unfortunetly no! it means that I have paid £47.88 for a service I can not use.

If Dropbox backup does not work on a Mac with Adobe Creative Cloud, then please just say so?

trying to disable backup

Hello,

I want to disable backups because apparently it is now preventing me from saving Adobe Photoshop files even though I am not backing up that folder.  I was able to save without issue before I set up the dropbox backup. The instructions tell me I have to sign-in to the device to manage the backup. I am signed in to the device but dont see an option to disable this backup. Please help me turn this off. Thank you!
