I had always received an email from drop box to let me know when a docs was viewed and another when it was signed. I am no longer getting these.
When I emailed support they replied with "they don't see where I have an option for that in my settings". If I saw an option for that in my settings I wouldn't have emailed. Can anyone shed any light on this. I'd like to get notifications again. If this is something that was recently removed why don't they just say that and not give answers that make them sound lazy and uncaring.
