I get a blank screen, when I try to send a document for signature

I get a blank screen, when I try to send a document for signature

Hi, I want to send a document for signing but can not do so because when I click on Signature and pick Send for Signature, I get a blank screen (white).

 

What am I missing?

I am having the exact same problem. Have cleared the cache, tried the Incognito window, and switched to Mozilla Firefox- all unsuccessful.  I'll choose a document and click on Send for Signature and it goes into an all-white screen. Please advise. Thanks!
