Hi All,

I created an automation to create and grant group permissions to dropbox folders upon creation of salesforce records.

Everything works fine, the program runs and the logic works.
The only issue i have is - dropbox folder that has specific group permissions (accessibility only for specific dropbox's groups) cannot be accessible via salesforce's object layout, i'm getting a 'script-thown' exeption while trying to access it.
(From dropbox - i can enter the folder without any problem).

Help will be appriciated.

Thanks!

2020-01-15.pngHi Jane,

I am having the same issue with one of my Salesforce Users, but haven't used Dropbox support before. Could we discuss how to resolve the issue here or via message?

Hi @liveybeha; sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

As my colleague Jane isn't around at the moment, I'd love to help in her stead if you don't mind.

Would it be OK if I reached out to your Dropbox associated email address to have a further look internally?
