Share in Zoom not appearing?

Share in Zoom not appearing?

Hello,

I have the Dropbox client, and Zoom says it's connected (here: https://www.dropbox.com/apps/zoom).

However, neither in the desktop client nor the website do I have a share w/ Zoom option. Is this deprecated or do I need special licenses (either Zoom or Dropbox) for this to appear?

Thx.

Hi @ms99, that Share option in the Dropbox desktop application is no longer present, as this was using the older interface of the desktop app.

The current features that Zoom connection provides is visible on this page.

Hi @ms99, welcome to our Community!

Is it safe to assume you wish to know how to present a Dropbox file in Zoom, but you're having some issues? If not, then feel free to clarify more.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, are these & these the steps you follow on your end?  If so, could you send me a screenshot of what it looks like on your end, please?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi @Megan

Yes, I believe I followed those steps. You can see here it is showing as a connected app:

And yet when I look at the sharing options, I don't see Zoom. Also my UI looks kind of different from the examples I see posted, however I'm running 184.4.6543 which it says is the latest?

Thank you.

Hi @ms99, thanks for the screenshots!

Would you mind removing Zoom from your connected apps, and then re-connecting it, to see if it makes a difference?

Hey @Megan

That did not seem to help. I also logged in and out as well.
