Zoom recordings not being uploaded

Hello!

 

I have connected Zoom to Dropbox, and for a few months it was working great.

 

Now, only the audio transcript gets copied from Zoom, but not the actual video recordings.

 

I get the usual message from Dropbox that says " ... recording is taking longer than usual to be copied", but then only the .vtt file gets copied across.

 

I have checked, and there's plenty of quota.

 

Recordings are around 200-300 MB.

 

What can I check / do?

Yes, I can see them in the cloud. 

What do you mean “local recordings turned on”?

 

I recorded these to the cloud, not locally. 

 

3 meetings yesterday. Two got copied, one didn’t. 

Really baffled.

Have you experienced this issue before or since the last time?

 

Were there any recent Zoom, Dropbox or OS updates during that period?

This just started happening to me too. The integration has been automatically uploading Zoom recordings to Dropbox all year no problem, and now anything longer than 30 minutes doesn't upload.

 

- YES I have enough space in my Dropbox.

- YES I've disconnected and reconnected Zoom.

 

Same error message everyone else gets:

"A recording of your meeting, [MEETING NAME], is taking longer than usual to be copied. You can still find your Zoom cloud recordings at [ZOOM LINK]. Check your Zoom user settings to make sure that Dropbox can copy your recordings."

 

Has anyone determined whether this is a Dropbox or Zoom issue?
