Sorry for the delayed response. If you are having log-in problems, please follow the below steps to contact support:

  1. Open an Incognito Tab
  2. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues 
  3. Fill out the required fields 
  4. Click the Submit button; you should receive a response within 1-3 business days
