Can you help with a billing inquiry I'm having?

Level 2

I have 2 charges on my AMEX business account from Dropbox, each for $60, on 9/29 and 10/29/2018.  I have cancelled my AMEX business account and want to pay by check.  Future charges should be billed to my personal AMEX account.  I am writing to notify you of this changes and appreciate your help in switching the account to be billed.  Awaiting further steps.
