Cannot verify email address

Tried multiple times to verify email address. Nothing comes in. I have checked the SPAM filter.

Email address is working receiving other emails fine.

Is there a way to check if the email has been sent?

Can you please add no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and request another email verification email.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket to Dropbox.com/support

I have used dropbox for years. But since setting up new acct for the life of me I cannot verify. I have done everything suggested and it is still not working. Can someone please assist as it is clearly more than an issue on the user side. Thank you

Did you ever get this resolved? Im having the same issue. There is no problem with my email server. Email is simply not coming in. Even though I don't think that adding the no-reply@dropbox.com to a safe list is the issue I did it anyway. Still I get nothing. 

 

Any tips?
