Change email

Hi,

I no longer have access to the email adress my dropbox account is coupled with, but when I want to update my email, I have to enter my password.
But since my password has expired, I have to change it. But I can't access my old email to recieve my dropbox mail to change my password. 

 

Anyone know what to do?

You'll need to contact Dropbox support for assistance, assuming it's possible. Typically you need to have access to the email address associated with your account if you need to make a change such as this. Without that access, there's no way to prove you own the account. Support may be able to assist, under certain circumstances.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus and Professional users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
