Got a message saying my account will close in 90 days

Level 2

Hello,

I have been told my dropbox account will automatically close in 90 days if I do not log on but I cannot access it because an advisory note tells me mine is an old version.

What version must I download?

Currently I have v41.4.80

I am using an iMac 10.6.8

Maybe it is not supported but how then do I get access to my stuff?

Thanks

Noell

Hi @Noell

You can get the latest version on https://dropbox.com/downloading

As an alternative, you can login from https://dropbox.com

Hope this helps!
