Please cancel my Dropbox service. I received an email indicating that it would automatically be renewed effective March 17th. I've spent two hours trying to communicate with Dropbox, but have been unsuccessful. HELP!

Do you have a paid account? If not, and you're just trying to delete your account, refer to the following help article:
If you have a paid account and started your subscription on a mobile device (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), then you need to manage your subscription on your device as Dropbox will not have access to your subscription details.
Otherwise, contact Support directly if you require further assistance.
