A while back I signed up for the business account trial, but I forgot to cancel the subscription before I was charged. I've been charged a huge amount of money now that I cannot afford. I cancelled my my subscription, and after the prompt to confirm cancellation, it says that "you will be refunded". But according to the Dropbox FAQs, if you "purchased" it from the dropbox site- you will not be refunded?? Please help! I am super worried and very confused!
