How can I request a Business refund?

Level 2

A while back I signed up for the business account trial, but I forgot to cancel the subscription before I was charged. I've been charged a huge amount of money now that I cannot afford. I cancelled my my subscription, and after the prompt to confirm cancellation, it says that "you will be refunded". But according to the Dropbox FAQs, if you "purchased" it from the dropbox site- you will not be refunded?? Please help! I am super worried and very confused!

Hey there @riaanv86 - sorry to hear about this.

Kindly note that Dropbox Business subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

Now, since account specific and billing inquiries such this one are best handled through our Official channels, I took a look and found your existing ticket on our system and provided you with an update there. Take a look at your inbox for my message and we'll take it from there.
