Hi there, I removed your email from the thread. Please don’t post your email in a public forum in future for your own security!
Regarding your query, depending on your location and plan, you might be eligible for a refund. 
If you have a Dropbox Plus or Professional plan, check this page out. Otherwise if you’re on a Dropbox Business plan, this article will help.
If somehow you’re on a trial for a plan about to upgrade, you can downgrade your plan here for Plus/Professional, or if you’re the team admin on Business, you can use this link.
Please note that you’ll need to follow the instructions on the next 3 pages to fully downgrade from the trial.
