Reset Password if I don't know who an admin is.

I am trying to help my boss set up an account and it says that her email address already has an account.

Then when I click on change password it tells me to contact my admin? She don't know who the admin is? She doesn't even remember ever setting up an account before.

I need to set her up her own account not connected to an admin... whatever that is.

Hi there, it does sound like that email address was invited to a Dropbox Business team. 
The only way to find out who invited them would be to check your boss’s email inbox, and spam folder and see if there was an invite in the past to a team.
Afterwards, they can contact the admin to remove them from the team, if it is an unknown team unrelated to their account.
